Carrier and delivery options

Every parcel is shipped with Chronopost. In France, you choose at checkout between home delivery and collection from a Chronopost pickup point or locker near you. Chronopost lets you know by text and email when your parcel arrives; at a pickup point or locker, you collect it with an ID or the code you receive.

Dispatch

Your console ships within 24 business hours of payment confirmation, tracked by Chronopost. You get an email with the tracking number for each parcel.

Your GTA VI download code is emailed to the address used for the order: by release day, November 19, 2026, at the latest for orders placed before then, and within 24 business hours of payment afterwards.

If GTA VI is delayed

The release date is set by Rockstar Games. If it is pushed back after your order, we email you and refund the game, at its recommended retail price, within 14 days. You keep the console.

Damaged or lost parcels

If a parcel is damaged, refuse it or note precise reservations with the courier, take photos and email us within 48 hours at contact@thedropday.com.

Returns and cancellation

You have 14 days from receipt of the console to cancel, without giving a reason. Email us with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. The console must come back complete in its original packaging. The GTA VI code can no longer be returned once sent: its value, the game's recommended retail price, is deducted from the refund. Return shipping is on us, and you are refunded within 14 days. Full details are in our terms of sale (French).
